We have compiled some frequently asked questions by our Customers in the following section. Please go through them carefully as you will find all the answers of your questions here. Please note, many times these Squishy Toys has some minor cracks on it. That does not mean this toys are defective. However, if you think just mail us some picture/video, we will investigate the matter.
If you get different product than ordered, mail us with some pictures of it with your Order Number and Order Date. We will happily replace it.
If you have a multi-item order, each item may be shipped from a different international warehouse, depending on which one has them available the fastest. Alternatively, if an item is popular and on a bit of a back order, we might ship your items at different times, in different packages, to prevent holding up your order and to get it to you as fast as possible!
Many times Branded Packaging may not be available to avoid High Customs Duties and Taxes which will be applied to you.
The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in USD, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.
Yes, we accept any changes to an order. Please note that if you need to make any changes to your orders or cancel it, please contact our Customer Service within 12 hours of placing the order. If we already ship your package and give you the “Shipment Tracking” information, then we can’t help you. Otherwise we can try to make changes in your order if extremely necessary.
If you “Cancel” your order, we generally arrange a substitute product instead of “Refund”. Because “Payment Processing Companies” charges a lot from the both side to “Refund” any amount.
We accept Credit and Debit cards (Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover) via PayPal. PayPal is accepted in more than 200 countries/regions and support 25 currencies. Except the following high-risk countries like Belarus, Burma (Myanmar), Cote d’Ivoire, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Iran, Iraq, Liberia (Former Regime of Charles Taylor), Persons Undermining the Sovereignty of Lebanon or Its Democratic Processes and Institutions, North Korea, Sierra Leone, Sudan, Syria, Western Balkans, Zimbabwe. So, as we use PayPal as our primary payment gateway, we generally do not sell at these above mentioned countries. If anyone want to buy from these countries, please mail us at [email protected] before placing order.
All prices will be shown in USD ($) or United States Doller. However, you can Pay in any Currency as PayPal supports 25 different Currencies Worldwide. Whenever customer checks out, his/her bank or card service provider will automatically convert your subtotal depending on their current conversion rates.
To avoid Custom’s Duty, we usually lower the pricing on items on the Invoice or Shipping level sticker on the packages. Generally lower cost items do not impose “Custom Duty” on International Selling/Shipping.
Shipping is FREE WORLDWIDE when you Order more than $40 or applied a Specific FREE Shipping “Coupon Code”
We do ship International at SAME SHIPPING Rate.
All orders are processed within 3-7 days or less (excluding weekends).
For all “Small Package” orders, shipping is only USD $4.99 Worldwide – If it is “Medium Package” then USD $9.99. Shipping Charges are Automatically Calculated at “Cart” and “Checkout” Pages when you enter your Address.
The order recipient is responsible for all additional charges associated with shipping international including custom fees, brokerage fees and any fees not mentioned here if required.
Orders are shipped out directly from any of our many domestic & international warehouses and they will do everything they can to get you your order as fast as they can! Due to the popularity of our offers, please allow an estimated 15-25 Days for your order to arrive when you have “Insured and Trackable” Shipping Option selected and for “FREE SHIPPING” it may take 30-40 Days and maximum of 60 Days (varies from product to product) due to distance traveling and customs. Please note, that due to the extreme popularity of our offers, these are only estimates otherwise they reaches earlier normally.
Please be patient. Products Travel a long way through different Countries and via different Courier Agencies. Many times, it takes 3~10 days to update shipping information online because multiple parties are involved for updating Courier Tracking Status.
In Rare case these type of mistakes happens by Postal/Courier Agents. If they do not find your Address, then they try to Call you on your given number but if your number is unreachable then they usually drop the package at “Your Mailboxes”. Please look inside your Mailbox and if possible ask your neighbour’s Mailbox also. If the package is still not there, then contact your local Post office for a complaint. Also, do not forget to inform us at [email protected] about this matter. We will try our best to resolve this matter.
If the product you receive is not as described as your Order or Faulty then you can (Show us Proof Video/Photo by email at [email protected] within 12hrs of receipt the package) Complain a Return or Refund from us. In most cases we will send you a new product as you ordered before if it is not available then we can give refund but you have to return the package at our office before claiming with your own shipping.
In any case, if you didn’t get the item in maximum of 60 days we will give you a full refund excluding Shipping charges if any.
Please Don’t contact directly to PayPal before contacting us. We will happily resolve your issue anytime.
All of our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling. If an order gets stuck at customs, sent back or even lost during the delivery process, we apologize! The postal service is out of our control. However, in cases like this, (if you do not get the product in maximum of 65 days from order date) because the packages are insured, we will send you a new package with quicker shipping and full tracking, if possible. Please see our refund and return policy for when these might be applicable to shipping situations.
